Welcome to Sea Side Villas

Located on South Forest Beach Drive at Hilton Head, South Carolina, Sea Side Villas is comprised of 265, one-bedroom units located directly on the ocean, not across the street. Sea Side Villas is ideal for singles, couples, and small families who want the covenience and economy of their own kitchen, and the privacy of a seperate bedroom. Each unit can sleep a maximum of six. Situated south of Palmetto Dunes Golf Resort and just north of Sea Pines - Sea Gate, the Villas give you the most economical way to enjoy sports, dining and the ocean. Each unit is an individually owned villa, not a hotel. Access to the three levels above the drive-under parking is provided by elevators or stairs. The beautifully landscaped grounds include two pools, situated among night-lit palmettos and pines.
	At Sea Side, you are within walking distance of Waterfun Park, the only water park on the Island. Also nearby is the 60-store Coligny Plaza, and we are across the street from Van Der Meer Tennis University. Many fine restaurants are within walking distance of the Villas, so extensive driving is an option rather than a neccessity. The community has paved bike paths which lead to points of interest all over the Island, and one of these crosses in front of our complex.
A variety of common areas are available to guests of Sea Side Villas. The oceanfront beach chairs (shown above) are a great place to read, relax and watch the tide roll in. There's always a gentle breeze, which makes for year-round comfort.
	Shown on the left is one of the two pools available for Sea Side Villas guests. With plenty of chairs available, you can play in the pool, watch your children and sun bathe if you like.
